A period is no reason to stay home
Without safe products, a period costs a girl several school days every month. Those days add up to weeks in a year, and eventually to a reason to stop going altogether.
A menstrual cup takes that reason away for up to ten years. The lesson that comes with it does the rest: girls learn how their body works, and parents and boys learn why the subject deserves to be discussed out loud.
